Job summary

Levanta is building the Agency Enablement Manager role to create and scale education for agencies offering affiliate and creator marketing. You will design curricula, certify partners, and drive adoption of Levanta’s platform across a growing partner network.

You’ll partner with Agency Partnerships and Customer Success to ensure training translates into measurable outcomes, while shaping a scalable, repeatable program that accelerates partner growth and client referrals.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience managing affiliate and creator programs in a digital marketing context.
• Experience building or growing affiliate marketing as an agency service, including pricing and delivery models.
• Track record of turning concepts into scalable programs with repeatable processes.
• Familiarity with Amazon or other marketplaces and direct-to-consumer affiliate programs.
• Strong ability to work cross-functionally and build partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver a comprehensive agency training program.
• Develop end-to-end curriculum covering affiliate marketing fundamentals, service packaging, pricing, and program management.
• Launch, test, and iterate training cohorts and incorporate feedback.
• Build a scalable education roadmap with LMS platforms and on-demand video training.
• Establish an agency certification program for proficiency in Levanta’s platform.
• Collaborate with Agency Partnerships and Customer Success to address adoption barriers and ensure smooth handoffs.
