Job summary

Levanta is building the Creator Marketplace and agency enablement programs to scale affiliate and creator marketing for brands. The Agency Enablement Manager will design and launch a comprehensive agency training curriculum, develop certification, and partner with Agency Partnerships and Customer Success to scale adoption and drive measurable results across Levanta’s platform.

Qualifications

• Experience managing affiliate and creator programs.
• Experience building or growing affiliate marketing as an agency service.
• Ability to design scalable education programs and training.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with partnerships and customer success.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver a comprehensive agency training curriculum.
• Develop end-to-end curriculum covering fundamentals, packaging, pricing, acquisition, and execution.
• Launch, test, and iterate training with initial cohort of agencies.
• Build scalable learning resources (LMS, on-demand video).
• Develop and roll out a certification program for agencies.
