Job summary

Levanta is hiring an Agency Enablement Manager to scale affiliate and creator programs for agencies. You will build training, certification, and resources, while partnering with Agency Partnerships and Customer Success to drive adoption and successful handoffs.

Ideal candidates bring deep affiliate/creator marketing experience, a proven track record in agency service development, and a builder mentality to scale education, pricing, and delivery models across multiple partners.

Qualifications

• Experience managing affiliate and creator programs in a digital marketing setting.
• Proven ability to develop agency services, pricing, and delivery models.
• Track record taking programs from concept to scalable execution.
• Familiarity with Amazon or other marketplaces and D2C affiliate programs.
• Strong relationship-building skills and collaboration across teams.
• Proactive mindset for efficiency and scalable education resources.

Responsibilities

• Build and launch an agency training program for affiliate management.
• Develop end-to-end curriculum covering fundamentals, packaging, pricing, and execution.
• Launch cohorts, collect feedback, and improve curriculum and training.
• Create a scalable education roadmap including LMS and on-demand video training.
• Establish an agency certification program to assess proficiency.
• Collaborate with Agency Partnerships to address adoption barriers.
• Enable smooth customer handoffs with Agency Customer Success.
