Job summary

Levanta is building a Creator Marketplace platform that connects brands, creators, publishers, and marketplaces for affiliate and creator programs. The Agency Enablement Manager will create and scale training resources, certification, and packaging for agencies, driving adoption of Levanta’s affiliate services and successful client outcomes.

You’ll partner with Agency Partnerships and Customer Success to grow a thriving agency ecosystem, measure success by program completion and referrals, and

Qualifications

• Affiliate and creator marketing expertise required.
• Experience building or growing affiliate programs for agencies.
• Ability to package services, set pricing, and define delivery models.
• Track record of taking programs from concept to execution.

Responsibilities

• Build and launch an agency training program for Levanta’s partners.
• Create end-to-end curriculum covering fundamentals, packaging, pricing, and program management.
• Launch, test, and iterate with initial cohort of agencies.
• Develop a scalable education roadmap with LMS and on-demand resources.
• Establish an agency certification aligned with the partnerships team.
• Collaborate with Agency Partnerships to address adoption barriers and reflect agency needs.
• Ensure smooth handoffs to Agency Customer Success for ongoing support.
