Job summary

Levanta is building the Creator Commerce ecosystem by connecting brands, creators, and marketplaces through a unified platform. The Agency Enablement Manager will design and scale training and certification programs to help agencies offer Levanta’s affiliate and creator services, package offerings, and drive successful adoption and client referrals.

You’ll collaborate with Agency Partnerships and Customer Success to deliver measurable results for agencies and their brands, with a focus on

Qualifications

• Experience managing affiliate and creator programs.
• Experience building or growing affiliate marketing as an agency service, including pricing and packaging.
• Ability to build repeatable processes and scalable training programs.
• Familiarity with Amazon and D2C affiliate marketing.
• Collaborative, cross-functional mindset with client-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver a comprehensive agency training curriculum.
• Develop end-to-end curriculum covering affiliate marketing fundamentals, service packaging and pricing, client acquisition, and program management.
• Launch, test, and iterate by training an initial cohort of agencies and applying learnings.
• Build for scale with LMS platforms, on-demand video training, and other repeatable learning resources.
• Establish a certification program to assess agency proficiency in affiliate marketing and Levanta’s platform.
• Partner cross-functionally with Agency Partnerships to address barriers to adoption.
• Enable successful customer handoffs by coordinating with Agency Customer Success.
