Job summary

Levanta is seeking an Agency Enablement Manager to scale affiliate and creator marketing services for agencies and brands. You will design and deliver training curricula, certification programs, and resources to empower agencies to package and sell Levanta’s services.

Collaborate with Agency Partnerships and Customer Success to drive adoption and successful client handoffs. Founders have grownLevanta with a strong Series B and ongoing expansion; this role offers growth in a fast-paced startup,

Qualifications

• Substantial experience managing affiliate and creator programs.
• Experience building or growing affiliate marketing as an agency service.
• Ability to design scalable training and certification programs.

Responsibilities

• Build and launch an agency training program for affiliate management services.
• Develop end-to-end curriculum covering fundamentals, packaging, pricing, and program management.
• Launch, test, iterate, and improve curriculum with feedback from agencies.
• Create a scalable learning roadmap, including LMS and on-demand training.
• Establish an agency certification and enable cross-functional adoption.
• Collaborate with Agency Partnerships and Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs.
