Job summary

Levanta is building the Creator Marketplace and an agency training program to scale affiliate and creator marketing for brands. The Agency Enablement Manager will design curricula, certify agencies, and collaborate with Partnerships and Customer Success to drive adoption and measurable results.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams to create scalable, repeatable training resources, including LMS and on-demand video content, enabling agencies to package Levanta’s services and grow client

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing affiliate and creator programs.
• Experience building or growing affiliate services for agencies.
• Ability to design scalable education and certification programs.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver a comprehensive agency training curriculum.
• Develop end-to-end curriculum covering fundamentals, packaging, pricing, and program management.
• Launch, test, and iterate training cohorts with feedback.
• Create a scalable learning infrastructure with LMS and on-demand videos.
• Establish agency certification program to assess proficiency.
• Collaborate with Agency Partnerships and Customer Success to address adoption barriers.
• Enable smooth handoffs to ongoing support.
