Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is a remote digital agency focused on paid media, SEO, CRO and web for marketing-led brands. As Agency Account Manager you own an established book of recurring agency clients, ensuring retention, renewals, and proactive expansion.

You will collaborate with strategists and the delivery team to present a single, clear voice to clients, managing a seven-figure annual quota across retention and upsells while driving growth through additional project opportunities.

Qualifications

• Agency account management experience in marketing, digital, creative or advertising. (Must)
• Track record of keeping clients and selling them more work with measurable numbers.
• Comfort carrying a quota.
• Clear, calm communication with senior client stakeholders.

• Working with the strategists and delivery team who run the work, so the client hears one clear voice.

What You Need

• Agency account management experience. Marketing, digital, creative or advertising agency. This is a must.


• A record of keeping clients and selling them more work, with numbers you can walk us through.


• Comfort carrying a quota.


• Clear, calm communication with senior client stakeholders.

Base plus commission, split 50/50.
