Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is a remote digital agency seeking a Key Account Manager to own an established book of recurring agency clients. You will retain relationships, manage renewals, and flag early warnings when an account drifts.

You will drive upsells and expansion, meet a seven-figure annual quota across retention and upsells, and work with strategists and delivery teams to ensure the client hears one clear voice. This is a full-time remote role (USA or Canada).

Qualifications

• Agency account management experience in marketing, digital, creative or advertising.
• Track record of retaining clients and selling additional work.
• Comfort carrying a quota.
• Clear, calm communication with senior client stakeholders.

• Clear, calm communication with senior client stakeholders.

Base plus commission, split 50/50.
