Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is a remote digital agency focused on paid media, SEO, CRO and web for marketing‑led brands. As Client Success Manager you own an established book of recurring agency clients, keeping them and growing them.

You will secure renewals, upsell and expand projects, and coordinate with strategists and delivery teams to present one clear voice. This full‑time role includes a seven‑figure annual quota across retention and expansions and a base plus commission (50/50).

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, digital, creative or advertising agency.
• Track record of retaining clients and selling more work with measurable results.
• Comfort with quota and revenue targets.
• Clear, calm communication with senior client stakeholders.

What You Will Own

• Retention across your book: the relationship, the renewal and the early warning when an account is drifting.
• Upsells and expansion: finding the next project inside each client and selling it.
• A seven-figure annual quota across retention and upsells.
• Working with the strategists and delivery team who run the work, so the client hears one clear voice.

What You Need

• Agency account management experience. Marketing, digital, creative or advertising agency. This is a must.
• A record of keeping clients and selling them more work, with numbers you can walk us through.
• Comfort carrying a quota.
• Clear, calm communication with senior client stakeholders.

• Base plus commission, split 50/50.
