Blacksmith Agency is a remote digital agency delivering paid media, SEO, CRO and web work for marketing-led brands. As Agency Account Manager you own an established book of recurring clients, focusing on retention and growth.

You will upsell, expand projects, and work with strategists and delivery teams to ensure a single, clear client voice. This is a full-time remote role with a base plus commission structure.

• Experience in agency account management within marketing, digital, or advertising.
• Proven track record of retaining clients and expanding work with them.
• Comfort carrying a sales quota.
• Clear, calm communication with senior client stakeholders.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is a remote digital agency running paid media, SEO, CRO and web for marketing-led brands. As Agency Account Manager you own an established book of recurring agency clients. Our sales team wins new clients; you keep them and grow them.

What You Will Own

• Retention across your book: the relationship, the renewal and the early warning when an account is drifting.


• Upsells and expansion: finding the next project inside each client and selling it.


• A seven-figure annual quota across retention and upsells.


• Working with the strategists and delivery team who run the work, so the client hears one clear voice.

What You Need

• Agency account management experience. Marketing, digital, creative or advertising agency. This is a must.


• A record of keeping clients and selling them more work, with numbers you can walk us through.


• Comfort carrying a quota.


• Clear, calm communication with senior client stakeholders.

Base plus commission, split 50/50.
