Blacksmith Agency is a remote digital agency serving marketing-led brands with paid media, SEO, CRO and web services. As Agency Account Manager you own an established book of recurring clients, focusing on retention, renewals, and growth.

You will drive upsells, collaborate with strategists and delivery teams, and manage a seven-figure quota across retention and upsells while ensuring the client hears one clear voice from your team.

Qualifications

• Agency account management experience is required.
• Proven track record of keeping clients and selling them more work.
• Comfort carrying a quota.
• Clear, calm communication with senior client stakeholders.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is a remote digital agency running paid media, SEO, CRO and web for marketing-led brands. As Agency Account Manager you own an established book of recurring agency clients. Our sales team wins new clients; you keep them and grow them.

What You Will Own

• Retention across your book: the relationship, the renewal and the early warning when an account is drifting.


• Upsells and expansion: finding the next project inside each client and selling it.


• A seven-figure annual quota across retention and upsells.


• Working with the strategists and delivery team who run the work, so the client hears one clear voice.

What You Need

• Agency account management experience. Marketing, digital, creative or advertising agency. This is a must.


• A record of keeping clients and selling them more work, with numbers you can walk us through.


• Comfort carrying a quota.


• Clear, calm communication with senior client stakeholders.

Base plus commission, split 50/50.
