Blacksmith Agency is a fully remote digital agency specializing in paid media, SEO, CRO and web for marketing-led brands. As Senior Account Manager you’ll own a roster of recurring clients, drive renewals, and grow account value through strategic upsells.

You’ll collaborate with strategists and the delivery team to present one clear voice to clients, maintain high satisfaction, and hit a seven-figure annual quota across retention and expansions.

• Proven track record of retaining clients and expanding projects.
• Comfort carrying a quota and communicating with senior stakeholders.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is a remote digital agency running paid media, SEO, CRO and web for marketing-led brands. As Senior Account Manager you own an established book of recurring agency clients. Our sales team wins new clients; you keep them and grow them.

What You Will Own

• Retention across your book: the relationship, the renewal and the early warning when an account is drifting.
• Upsells and expansion: finding the next project inside each client and selling it.
• A seven-figure annual quota across retention and upsells.
• Working with the strategists and delivery team who run the work, so the client hears one clear voice.

What You Need

• Agency account management experience. Marketing, digital, creative or advertising agency. This is a must.
• A record of keeping clients and selling them more work, with numbers you can walk us through.
• Comfort carrying a quota.
• Clear, calm communication with senior client stakeholders.

Base plus commission, split 50/50.
