Job summary

Qualifications

• Mechanical experience with the product lines represented.
• Two-year degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong customer-service orientation and communication skills.
• Experience supervising staff and scheduling is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service work and track job progress.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and resolve disputes.
• Supervise service staff and provide coaching and performance feedback.
• Develop staffing plans and service promotion strategies.
