Aventure Staffing is seeking a Full-Time Service Manager to lead daily operations at an agricultural equipment dealership in Fairmont, MN. You will oversee service technicians, ensure high-quality repairs, and guide performance to meet department goals.

Requirements include extensive repair experience, proven leadership, strong customer service and problem-solving skills, and a valid driver’s license. Eligible for benefits and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years experience in repairs for agricultural, construction equipment and diesel trucks.
• Proven leadership experience.
• Strong interpersonal, customer service, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Ability to work extended hours during fall and spring.
• Valid driver’s license with a verifiable safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead Service Department and drive operational excellence.
• Train, develop and mentor service department staff.
• Follow up with technicians and ensure quality work.
• Provide technical support to customers.
• Conduct ongoing performance evaluations and promote training opportunities.
• Maintain shop equipment and ensure a safe working environment.
• Control and manage department expenses.
• Foster relationships with local schools for internships.
