Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Must possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills; professional with the general public.
• Must be able to prepare written reports and logs in neat handwriting.
• Must read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local law.
• Driving positions require valid Driver’s License with driving history as specified.
• Background check and post-offer drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Intermediate computer skills to utilize wireless technology at client sites.
• Ability to handle crises calmly and coordinate with client site staff.
• Display exceptional customer service and communication skills.
