Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee evening security operations on a designated shift. You will supervise officers, coordinate with site leadership, and ensure quality service delivery on site.

The role requires strong communication, reporting, and crisis-management skills, with opportunities to grow within a leading security provider. A valid driver license and driving record may be required for certain sites.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Effective written and oral communication; professional interaction with all levels.
• Able to prepare written reports/logs neatly.
• Must read/understand operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate quality services on a specific shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Ops Manager, and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
• Prepare timely written reports and logs.
• Handle both routine and crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
