Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee the afternoon shift at Greenville, SC. You will supervise security officers, coordinate with site leadership, and ensure delivery of high-quality services on site.

The role requires strong communication, customer service, and basic computer skills, with weekly or instant pay options and state training provided. This is a part-time position with a weekend schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs neatly.
• Must read and understand all operating procedures and instructions.
• Background check and post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test may be required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of security services on the assigned shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor and Account Manager/Field Operations Manager.
• Coach, recognize, and discipline officers within empowered guidelines.
• Prepare and maintain reports/logs; respond calmly to crises and incidents at the client site.
