Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee a shift at a client site, coordinating the delivery of quality security services. You will act as a liaison between the site supervisor, Account Manager, and officers to ensure smooth operations and strong customer service.

The role requires 2+ years of security experience with supervisor duties, a valid driver’s license for applicable posts, and the ability to manage reports and incidents on shift.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Effective written and oral communication with all levels of personnel and the public; use of initiative within guidelines.
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs neatly and legibly.
• Ability to read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.
• Driving positions require a valid driver’s license and clean record per policy.
• Background check and post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Intermediate computer skills for client-site wireless technology.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
• Display exceptional customer service and communication skills.
