Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee the delivery of security services on a night shift. This role functions as the liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager, and security officers, providing coaching and enforcing policies within an empowerment range.

Qualified candidates are 18+, have a HS diploma or 5 years verifiable experience, strong written and oral communication, and the ability to prepare clear reports.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must prepare reports and logs in neat handwriting.
• Must read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Driver’s License with driving experience and clean record.
• Background check and drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Intermediate computer skills for wireless technology at client sites.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift.
• Act as a liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
