Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee a specific shift at an assigned client location. You will supervise security officers, coordinate with site leadership and management, and ensure delivery of quality security services.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to handle crisis situations calmly, and adherence to procedures. Driving positions may require a valid license and clean driving record. Competitive pay and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Must possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to use initiative and independent judgment within established guidelines.
• Must be able to read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Background check and drug/alcohol test may be required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff on assigned shift and coordinate delivery of quality services.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.
• Ensure timely preparation of reports and logs.
