Job summary

Allied Universal in Greenville, SC is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to coordinate on-site security services across a morning and afternoon shift. You will supervise staff, liaise with account management, provide coaching, and ensure quality service for our client.

The role requires 2+ years security experience, a valid driver's license, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Starting pay is $22.95 per hour, with benefits including medical, 401(k), holidays and vacation.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• HD or equivalent or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff on assigned shift and coordinate quality services.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.
