Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Shift Supervisor to oversee a specific shift at a client site. You will supervise security officers, coordinate with site leadership, and ensure quality service delivery. Strong communication and crisis management are essential.

Ideal candidates have security supervisory experience, a high school diploma or 5 years of verifiable experience, and the ability to prepare clear reports. Morning/afternoon shifts and weekly pay are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Strong written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare clear reports and logs.
• Must read and follow operating procedures.
• Valid driver's license and clean record for driving positions.
• Background check and drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Ability to handle crises calmly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate security services on a shift at the client site.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager, and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within policy.
• Prepare reports and logs related to shift operations.
• Ensure delivery of quality security services on the assigned shift.
