Sitemetric is seeking an Access Control Officer for full-time morning shifts in Manassas, VA. You will manage worker registration, badging, and site access to ensure security and smooth operations on customer construction sites.

The role requires strong professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to work with senior leaders across projects. Travel across the United States may be required; shifts may vary with customer needs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience.
• Ability to obtain required licensing.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Proactive, professional demeanor under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor access control and maintain site security.
• Badging Compliance: verify badges and maintain headcount records.
• Parking Management: issue passes and monitor parking areas.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and deliveries.
• Customer & Worker Support: assist with access control and troubleshooting.
• Ad hoc access control tasks to support customers.
