Sitemetric is hiring an Access Control Officer for evening shifts in Berwick, PA. The role focuses on worker registration, badging, parking, and visitor logistics on construction sites.

You will work with senior leadership, local teams, and customers to ensure safety and efficiency. The position requires at least 2+ years of high-intensity customer service, strong English communication, and flexibility to travel to multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience requiring professionalism under pressure.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.
• Ability to follow detailed SOPs in English.
• Proficient communication in spoken and written English.
• Detail oriented with strong task prioritization in dynamic environments.
• Able to establish effective relationships with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor access control and uphold site security requirements.
• Badging Compliance: verify badges and maintain accurate headcount records.
• Parking Management: issue passes and monitor pass compliance.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and deliveries for the customer.
• Customer & Worker Support: assist with access control tasks and troubleshooting.
• Ad hoc responsibilities: support ongoing access control needs.
