Job summary

Sitemetric seeks an Access Control Officer for part-time afternoon shifts to support on-site construction operations across local sites. You will manage worker registration, handle badges, oversee parking and visitor/delivery workflows, and troubleshoot access control issues while maintaining high professional standards.

The role requires in-person site presence, strong English communication, and a proactive, flexible approach to support customers and the Sitemetric team on tight schedules.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience requiring professionalism under pressure
• Ability to follow detailed instructions (SOPs) in English
• Proactive approach to taking on more responsibility to serve the customer and Sitemetric team members

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor access control compliance and uphold site security requirements
• Badging Compliance: ensure badges are scanned and identity verified
• Parking Management: provide and monitor parking passes
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and deliveries with written records
• Customer & Worker Support: assist with access control duties and logs
• Ad hoc responsibilities: support one-time and ongoing access control needs
