Job summary

Sitemetric is hiring an Access Control Officer for site-based work in Berwick, PA, on a part-time basis. You will manage worker registration and badging, badge compliance, parking, visitors, and deliveries, while supporting customers and teams with access control tasks.

Flexibility to work shift-based hours is required as the role may involve early starts and varying schedules. Prior customer service experience and English proficiency are essential to ensure safety and smooth site operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check
• Proficient communication in English (spoken and written)
• Detail orientation and ability to prioritize tasks in dynamic environments
• Ability to follow SOPs in English
• Flexible with shift-based schedule and hours

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration and Badging: monitor access control and uphold site security requirements
• Badging Compliance: ensure proper badges and accurate headcounts
• Parking Management: issue passes and monitor compliance
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document entries and deliveries
• Customer & Worker Support: assist with access control, troubleshooting, logs, and parking
• Ad hoc access control tasks to support customers and teams
