Job summary

Right At School is seeking a Program Manager for after-school programs in Kentucky. This part-time role runs Monday–Friday from 2:00pm to 6:00pm, with schedule variability based on business needs.

You will lead a team to deliver safe, engaging activities and maintain program documentation and licensing standards. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma (or GED) and coursework in child development; an associate degree in a related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple priorities and delivering quality service to stakeholders.
• High school diploma or GED completed.
• Experience working with children and knowledge of needs/special needs.
• Coursework or training in child development or related field.
• Strong communication with adults and children.
• Ability to model professional standards with students, parents, staff, and community.
• Familiarity with Google tools or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Safety & Joy: model professional standards and maintain safety/joy across staff.
• Safety Assurance: report on safety protocols and ensure wellbeing of participants.
• Meet Ohio/State requirements as applicable.
• Ensure attendance and licensing compliance and maintain documentation.
