Job summary
Right At School is seeking a Program Manager to lead after-school programs, ensuring safe, engaging activities and strong family communication. You will oversee daily operations, documentation, and staff supervision while upholding licensing and safety standards for our diverse student community.
The role emphasizes collaboration with site staff and the Area Manager to maintain program quality and adherence to policies.
Qualifications
- Experience balancing competing priorities while delivering quality service.
- High school diploma or GED completed.
- Experience with children and knowledge of special needs.
- Coursework or training in child development or related field.
- Strong communication skills with adults and children.
- Ability to model professional standards with students, parents, staff, and community.
- Familiarity with Google workspace or willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Maintain safety and joy standards, update site documents and licensing.
- Support safety protocols and submit proof of MMR.
- Engage with families, partners, and staff; respond to inquiries.
- Maintain attendance records and check-in/out procedures.
- Implement daily activities and curriculum in a safe, engaging environment.
