Job summary

Right At School is seeking a Program Manager to oversee after-school programs in local districts, focusing on safety, daily activities, and staff coordination to deliver engaging instructional experiences for children.

The role emphasizes strong communication with families, licensing compliance, and data-driven program quality. Requires a high school diploma or higher and experience with children; morning and afternoon shifts are offered, up to 23.75 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Experience managing competing priorities while delivering quality service to all stakeholders
• High school diploma or GED completed
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Experience working with children and knowledge of unique and special needs
• Coursework or training in child development and/or related field
• Communication skills; oral, written, and visual with adults and children
• Ability to model professional standards when dealing with students, parents, staff, and community
• Familiarity with Google technology software or willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Safety & Joy: Exhibit role model qualities ensuring safety and joy standards are met by supporting a clear understanding of roles and responsibilities to a team of staff members.
• Effective Communication: Engage meaningfully with families, client partners, peers, and children to support effective communication and relationship building.
• Safety Assurance: Consistently support and report on safety protocols to ensure well-being of all participants.
• Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate records for student check-ins and check-outs and attendance procedures.
• Daily Routine: Implement daily activities, fitness fun, and curriculum while providing a safe and engaging environment.
