Right At School is seeking a Program Manager to lead after-school programs at local school sites. The role emphasizes safety, engagement, and effective coordination of staff and families.

You will coach staff, maintain records, and ensure compliance with procedures while delivering a positive learning environment for children. The position offers part-time hours (Mon/Tue/Wed/Fri 2:00pm-6:00pm; Thu 12:30pm-6:00pm) with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience managing competing priorities and delivering quality service.
• Experience working with children and knowledge of special needs.
• Coursework or training in child development.
• Experience supervising others.
• Strong communication with adults and children.
• Ability to model professional standards with students, parents, staff, and community.
• Familiarity with Google tools or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and joy, update site documents and licensing standards.
• Outline attendance protocols and ensure policy compliance.
• Provide coaching to staff and sustain team cohesion.
• Support safety protocols and mitigate risks in the program.
• Communicate with families and partners; respond promptly to inquiries.
• Collaborate with Area Manager to implement program goals.
