Job summary

Right At School is seeking a Program Manager to lead after-school programs in the Ohio area. The role focuses on safeguarding children and delivering engaging, educational activities during daily sessions from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

You will coach staff on safety, behavior policies, and effective communication with families. The ideal candidate has experience with children and strong written and spoken communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with children.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Safety & Joy: model professional standards and ensure safety and engagement for staff and children.
• Safety Assurance: support and report on safety protocols and attendance procedures.
• Documentation & Compliance: maintain accurate student check-in/check-out records and licensing docs.
• Daily Routine: implement activities and curriculum while ensuring a safe environment.
