Right At School is seeking a Program Manager in Pennsylvania to lead before/after school programs with emphasis on safety, engagement, and effective communication with families and schools.

The role requires coordinating daily activities, maintaining attendance records, and ensuring compliance with state requirements. A high school diploma or GED is required, with preference for candidates with early childhood coursework and child development knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience handling competing priorities and delivering quality service
• High school diploma or GED completed
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Experience with children and knowledge of special needs
• Coursework in child development or related field
• Strong oral, written, and visual communication with adults and children
• Ability to model professional standards with students, parents, staff, and community
• Familiarity with Google technology software or willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Safety & Joy: ensure safety standards and coach staff to maintain team cohesion
• Effective communication: engage families and partners; respond to inquiries during program hours
• Safety assurance: support safety protocols for participants
• Documentation and compliance: maintain check-in/out records and attendance procedures
