Job summary

Right At School is seeking a Kentucky-based Program Manager to oversee before- and after-school programs across districts. You will manage daily activities, supervise site staff, and ensure safety and high-quality programming.

The ideal candidate brings multisite coordination experience, strong communication skills, and knowledge of child development. This part-time role offers morning and afternoon shifts with a home base at district schools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must meet state licensing requirements for school-age child care programs.
• Background checks and compliance with local regulations.
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred/required.
• Experience with coordinating activities across multiple sites is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and joy by modeling professional standards and coordinating staff.
• Maintain attendance protocols and site documents to support licensing standards.
• Communicate effectively with families, partners, staff, and children.
• Coordinate daily activities, fitness, and curriculum for engaging programs.
• Keep accurate records of student check-ins/check-outs and attendance.
