Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support an affordable housing community. You will perform corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, assist with make-ready tasks, and help maintain common areas, grounds, and the exterior of the community.

The role requires regular on-site attendance, responsiveness to resident requests, and adherence to safety standards and OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and ability to understand on-site software functions.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community areas, buildings, and units.
• Perform corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance.
• Assist with make-ready process and daily upkeep of grounds, common areas, and model units.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program to extend property life and minimize future repairs.
• Maintain clean, organized maintenance shop and adhere to safety standards.
• On-call emergency participation at the community.
