Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support an affordable housing community. You will assist in corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic maintenance under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Responsibilities include on-site repairs of common areas and units, make-ready tasks, pool maintenance, safety logging, and responding to resident requests while maintaining property standards and compliance with OSHA and Fair Housing guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform community maintenance in common areas, units, and grounds.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Maintain preventive maintenance and safety standards.
• Assist with make-ready inspections and unit turnover tasks.
• Maintain records of service requests and compliance with regulations.
