Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the full operations of a housing community on-site, under the supervision of the Regional Manager. You will manage personnel, leasing, maintenance, administration and risk management to ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

The role emphasizes strategic leasing, budgeting, and resident satisfaction, with a focus on staff development and effective leadership.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four year’s experience in the housing industry; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of housing communities under Regional Manager supervision.
• Supervise all staff and ensure compliance with policies, safety and fair housing guidelines.
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts and monitor revenue/expenses.
• Strategic leasing management and marketing plan execution.
• Drive resident satisfaction, retention, and timely service delivery.
