Asset Living is seeking a proactive Community Manager to oversee operations of an affordable housing community on-site in McAllen, Texas. You will supervise staff, manage leasing, budgeting, risk management, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing guidelines.

Responsibilities include developing annual operating plans, monitoring rent collections, coordinating maintenance, and delivering excellent resident service while maintaining asset value and NOI targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in affordable housing programs and on-site management.
• Knowledge of LIHTC, HUD programs, and fair housing guidelines.
• Ability to lead staff and ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations of a housing community on-site.
• Direct staff, leasing, maintenance, and risk management functions.
• Develop and manage operating budgets and marketing plans.
• Support resident relations and ensure compliance with company policies.
