NAKED MD in Phoenix is seeking an Aesthetic Coordinator to keep the studio running smoothly. You’ll build the runway for providers, prep trays, open/close the studio, and ensure every shift starts on time.

This role is highly operational, foundational to patient care, with a focus on inventory, room readiness, and front desk support. Full-time hours include Fridays and Saturdays, with room for growth in aesthetics.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prep and verify all procedure trays with precision and consistency.
• Open and close the studio, including full inventory counts.
• Maintain treatment rooms and back office to a high standard.
• Keep the team aligned on daily goals, studio flow and provider breaks.
• Coordinate provider breaks and lunches to keep the schedule on track.
• Restock supplies proactively and monitor inventory levels.
• Maintain patient documentation including photos and treatment records.
• Support front desk and concierge tasks as needed.
