Job summary

NAKED MD in Pasadena is seeking an Aesthetic Coordinator to be the runway for flawless patient experiences. You won’t run the patient journey from the front; you’ll ensure every tray is prepared, every procedure room is ready, and the studio runs on time.

Qualifications

Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball (or the tray).
Reliability, compassion, and a genuine team-first attitude.
Experience in aesthetics or medical settings is a plus, but a willingness to learn counts.

Responsibilities

Prep and verify all procedure trays with precision and consistency.
Open and close the studio to standard every shift, including full inventory counts.
Maintain treatment rooms and the back office to an identical, impeccable standard.
Keep the team aligned on daily goals, studio flow, and provider break schedules.
Coordinate provider breaks and lunches so the schedule never stalls.
Monitor and restock supplies proactively.
Maintain accurate patient documentation including charting, before & after photos, and treatment records.
Support the front desk and concierge experience as needed.
