This fully on-site, full-time role requires reliability, strong organization, and a calm presence in a fast-paced aesthetic environment, with Fridays and Saturdays mandatory; candidates with MA/CNA licenses or medical experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in aesthetics or medical settings is a plus.
• Fridays and Saturdays availability required.
• Maintains inventory and prep with precision.
• Maintains accurate patient documentation including charting.
• Supports front desk and concierge tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prep and verify all procedure trays with precision and consistency.
• Open and close the studio to standard every shift, including full inventory counts.
• Maintain treatment rooms and back office to a pristine standard.
• Keep the team aligned on daily goals, studio flow, and provider break schedules.
• Coordinate provider breaks and lunches so the schedule never stalls.
• Monitor and restock supplies proactively.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation including charting and before/after photos.
• Uphold patient dignity and exceptional care.
• Support front desk and concierge tasks as needed.
