Job summary

NAKED MD in El Paso, TX is seeking an Aesthetic Coordinator to orchestrate the patient experience and keep the studio running smoothly. You’ll be the operational hub, ensuring every tray is prepped, every room is ready, and every shift flows on time.

Responsibilities include opening/closing the studio, maintaining inventory and records, coordinating provider breaks, assisting front desk tasks, and upholding the dignity and care every patient deserves. Friday and Saturday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Reliable, compassionate, and team-focused.
• Experience in aesthetics or medical settings is a plus.
• License in MA/CNA/LVN/Phlebotomy is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prep and verify procedure trays with precision before use.
• Open and close the studio; conduct full inventory counts.
• Maintain treatment rooms and back office to high standards.
• Coordinate provider breaks and lunches; keep schedule flowing.
• Support front desk tasks; check-in/out patients when needed.
• Restock supplies proactively; maintain accurate patient records.
• Uphold patient dignity and exceptional care.
