Naked MD in Oklahoma City is seeking a dedicated Aesthetic Coordinator to ensure flawless patient experiences. This fully operational role focuses on laying the runway for providers, keeping trays ready, rooms pristine, and schedules flowing smoothly.

You'll open/close the studio, manage inventory, support front desk, and coordinate breaks while upholding dignity and high-quality care for every patient.

Qualifications

• Must be precise with inventory counts, tray prep, and restocking.
• Must anticipate schedule and be three steps ahead.
• Own and be accountable for studio state and standards.
• Reliable; able to support providers and patients consistently.
• Friday and Saturday availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Prep and verify all procedure trays before use.
• Open and close the studio; perform full inventory counts.
• Maintain treatment rooms and back office to a high standard.
• Coordinate provider breaks and lunches to keep the schedule on track.
• Restock supplies proactively and prevent stockouts.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and records.
• Support front desk and concierge tasks as needed.
