Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced aesthetics or medical settings preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities are essential.
• Reliable and patient-centered approach to care and operations.

Responsibilities

• Prep and verify all procedure trays with precision and readiness.
• Open/close the studio and perform full inventory counts.
• Maintain treatment rooms and back office to high standards of cleanliness.
• Keep the team aligned on daily goals and studio flow.
• Coordinate provider breaks and lunches to prevent scheduling gaps.
• Monitor and restock supplies proactively to avoid shortages.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation including charting and photos.
• Support front desk and concierge tasks as needed.
• Contribute to special projects and flexible team support.
