Job summary

Naked MD is seeking an Aesthetic Coordinator in Carlsbad, CA to manage the day-to-day operations of the studio and ensure a seamless patient experience. You’ll build the runway for providers, keep trays prepped, inventory counts accurate, and rooms pristine for each patient visit.

You will coordinate daily schedules, support front desk tasks, and ensure every patient receives exceptional care with integrity and warmth. Friday and Saturday availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Prep and verify all procedure trays with precision and readiness.
• Open and close the studio, including full inventory counts.
• Maintain treatment rooms and back office to a high standard, room to room, shift to shift.
• Coordinate provider breaks and lunches so schedules run smoothly.
• Support front desk and concierge tasks as needed, including checking patients in/out.
