Responsibilities

• Prep and verify all procedure trays with precision and consistency—always ready before they’re needed.
• Open and close the studio to standard every shift, including full inventory counts.
• Maintain treatment rooms and the back office to an identical, impeccable standard—room to room, shift to shift.
• Keep the team aligned on daily goals, studio flow, and provider break schedules before the first patient arrives.
• Coordinate provider breaks and lunches so the schedule never stalls.
