Qualifications

• Precise inventory counts, tray prep, and restocking.
• Three steps ahead of schedule to keep studio on track.

• Reliable presence for providers and patients.
• Friday and Saturday availability is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Prep and verify all procedure trays with precision.
• Open and close the studio including full inventory counts.
• Maintain treatment rooms and back office to an impeccable standard.
• Keep the team aligned on daily goals and schedules.
• Coordinate provider breaks and meals to prevent delays.
• Monitor and restock supplies proactively.
• Maintain patient documentation including photos and treatment records.
• Uphold patient dignity and exceptional care.
• Support front desk and concierge tasks as needed; take on special projects.
