Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify all procedure trays for each shift.
• Open and close the studio, perform full inventory counts.
• Maintain treatment rooms and back office to high standards, room to room.
• Keep team aligned on daily goals, studio flow, and provider breaks.
• Coordinate provider breaks and lunches to keep schedule flowing.
• Monitor and restock supplies proactively to avoid shortages.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation including charting and photos.
• Support front desk and concierge tasks as needed.
