Responsibilities

• Prep and verify all procedure trays before they are needed.
• Open and close the studio, conduct full inventory counts.
• Maintain treatment rooms and back office to a consistent standard.
• Keep the team aligned on daily goals, studio flow, and provider breaks.
• Coordinate provider breaks and lunches so schedules never stall.
• Monitor and restock supplies proactively.
• Maintain patient documentation including charting, photos, and records.
• Uphold patient dignity and exceptional care.
• Support front desk and concierge tasks as needed; take on special projects.
