Naked MD in Katy, TX is seeking an Aesthetic Coordinator to keep the studio running smoothly. You’ll prep trays, manage inventory, and support front desk tasks, ensuring every provider has what they need and every patient receives exceptional care.

This full-time, on-site role requires Friday and Saturday availability, a calm presence in a fast-paced setting, and a commitment to accuracy and reliability. Experience in aesthetics is a plus, but a willingness to learn counts just as much.

Qualifications

• Experience in aesthetics or medical settings is a plus, but a willingness to learn counts.
• MA/CNA/LVN/Phlebotomist license is a plus, not required.
• Friday and Saturday availability is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Prep and verify all procedure trays with precision and consistency.
• Open and close the studio to standard every shift, including full inventory counts.
• Maintain treatment rooms and back office to an impeccable standard.
• Keep the team aligned on daily goals, studio flow, and provider break schedules.
• Coordinate provider breaks and lunches so the schedule never stalls.
• Monitor and restock supplies proactively.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation including charts and before/after photos.
• Uphold patient dignity, individuality, and high-quality care.
• Support front desk tasks and guest experience as needed; take on special projects as required.
